Consumer Credit Law and Practice is complex and working within a specialist area of Consumer Credit such as secured lending inevitably creates its own unique challenges and issues which need to be dealt with on a daily basis.

COURSE AIMS
The course aims to provide delegates with a clear, practical understanding of the various provisions of the 1974 Act (as amended) particularly those in relation to agreements secured on land.
It will also provide the necessary technical information and knowledge to be conversant with the legal obligations and duties imposed under the Act, on all secured lending businesses.

• What is regulated by the Consumer Credit Act 1974 (CCA 1974)
