The CCTA conference is a recognised industry ‘date for the diary’. In a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, the event delivers an impressive line-up of regulatory and industry speakers and a comprehensive mix of delegates and exhibitors. We bring together speakers and panellists to help lenders navigate the ever-changing landscape of consumer credit.
This year we will discuss growth and innovation, along with key issues such as financial inclusion, the FCA’s Consumer Duty and motor finance commissions.
The FCA and FOS are also taking part in this year’s event. EVLO and StepChange Debt Charity will also deliver a presentation on delivering better customer outcomes. Square4 and Walker Morris will also share their insight and expertise.

Hotel Parking
The hotel car park is public and gets busy. Parking is chargeable at £10 for conference delegates or £19 for overnight guests. You must register the correct number plate so as not to receive a parking fine. Please do not pay at the machines outside as those rates are much higher and refunds are not available.
Airport Parking
If the hotel car park is full upon arrival, the closest car park is Terminal 1 short stay which is payable locally with Manchester Airport. Advance booking is available, please see their website.
